My order finally showed up, but the box was smashed and wet on one side, which made me nervous right away. When I opened it, some parts were loose inside and the product had a few scratches. After waiting for it, that was really frustrating. I just wish they packed things better, or at least gave some reassurance that the item was checked and would arrive safely.

I expected a lot better for the price. The quality just feels kind of cheap, and it doesn’t really seem worth what they’re charging

My order took almost three weeks to show up, which was actually way longer than I expected. The shipping updates didn’t really tell me much, and for a while it just seemed like the package was sitting there with no movement.

I get that delays happen, but I do wish they had been clearer about the timing. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something soon.

The product itself looks fine, but wow, installing it was way more frustrating than I expected. The instructions weren’t very clear, and I ended up having to redo a couple of steps, which wasted so much time. I had plans for the afternoon and this basically ruined them because it took way longer than it should have. Maybe it’s not a big deal if you’re really handy, but for me it was not easy at all.

I’m not sure if it was just me, but I had a hard time finding what I needed on the site. Some pages seemed to load slowly too, which made the whole thing a bit annoying to use.

I got exactly what I ordered from barclayproducts.com, and everything matched the details on my order, so I have to be fair and say there were no real issues. The only thing I would’ve liked is slightly faster updates, but overall the order was right and the experience was fine

I contacted them about a warranty issue and I’m still waiting for it to be sorted out. From the tone of the responses, it kind of feels like they don’t see it as very urgent, which is frustrating.

I had to repeat myself more than once and still never got a clear answer. I get that people get busy, but treating customers like an inconvenience just feels wrong. Definitely not a good experience.

I was expecting way more options based on how the site made it sound, but the selection was limited. Some categories only had a handful of choices, and a lot of them looked basically the same. The site itself was fine to use, but it didn’t really match the promise of having plenty to pick from, and I couldn’t find what I needed.

I returned my order and followed all the steps, but the refund is still not sorted. It’s been slow, and getting any clear update has been harder than it should be, haha. Customer service didn’t really give me much help either. it’s been frustrating, and I probably wouldn’t order again unless the returns process gets easier.
